Join me for this 60-minute practice focused on finding balance. This three-part series invites you to connect to your body with supported poses utilizing a chair. In these sessions, we will focus on improving balance and reducing anxiety. Bring yourself and a sturdy chair (non-rolling) to practice moving your body with intention and compassion.
What will you need for this practice?
Yoga mat/comfortable surface
Sturdy chair
Blanket (optional)
