About the Event

Join Justine for this three-part series centered around coping with fatigue and gently energizing the body. Through a combination of calming stretches, restorative poses, guided breathing, and mindfulness techniques, you'll soothe your body and mind while replenishing your energy reserves. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a serene space to rest, restore, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. You do not need to attend each session to participate, join for one, two, or all three sessions!


What will you need for this practice?

  • Yoga mat and a study chair

  • Blanket and Yoga Blocks (optional)
